Glass vacuum tube with a filament, a soft glow, and a supply chain that keeps getting thinner.

COB display modules

A solid-state drop-in path away from VFD

Chip-on-board LED displays give you the legible, high-contrast look of a VFD without the glass tube and filament. We scope each replacement around your existing panel, interface and supply.

What we handle

  • Matching size, character layout and viewing angle to the original VFD
  • Driver board and interface, including firmware where needed
  • Prototype, validation and production hand-off
  • Documentation for compliance such as RoHS and REACH

Send us your VFD part number or drawing and we will come back with a replacement proposal.

LED modules and pedestrian / traffic displays

LED display modules

Modular LED panels in standard pitches, built to be combined into larger displays with matching driver boards.

Pedestrian and traffic indicators

High-brightness LED displays for crossing signals, countdown timers and roadside information, designed for outdoor use.

Custom electronics development

Need a board that does not exist yet? We take a project from requirements to production: schematic and PCB design, firmware, integration and testing.

How a project runs

  1. Requirements and feasibility
  2. Prototype
  3. Validation and compliance
  4. Production
